Architecture

I developed a cohesive architecture for the self-service portals and administration interfaces by conducting portfolio analysis and user research, along with creating detailed sitemaps, user journeys, personas, and service loops to support these architectural initiatives.

The common service loops, in particular, allow the individual products to maintain their autonomy in the short-term while serving as a testing ground for new features and interactions to benefit the long-term goals of the platform.
