Portfolio Analysis


NEOGOV’s portfolio consisted of tools for hiring and training. Job boards and recruiting tools were the bread and butter along with performance management and an LMS focused on the career tracks of government employees.

These acquisitions introduced a specialized suite of products including accreditation, community engagement, document management, training platforms, and wellness apps focused on Public Safety employees. We now faced a challenge of integrating these offerings in a bidirectional manner. A couple of questions arose:

  1. What is the value proposition and how do we cross sell these offerings?
  2. What are the overlapping features and how do we leverage their benefits with minimal cost?
