Centralized administration


Administration interfaces were scattered across different product solutions and internal tools, leading to redundant data entry or the need for customer assistance from internal consultants. I centralized these interfaces to enable self-service and made critical UX enhancements across all core management screens. This reduced maintenance costs and closed competitive gaps by empowering customers to manage these tasks independently. Centralized administration was one of the most discussed features with customers for two years leading into Platform adaptations.
